Disliked: It’s old, not updated, no Ice maker on the floor, stains on walls, ceiling, and bathrooms.

Liked: It was clean and in a good location for my needs.
Disliked: Beds were very uncomfortable. I had a hard time checking in and out because they hadn’t received the virtual credit card from booking.

Comfortable and clean
Liked: It was near everything we needed, staff were friendly, free water bottles as often as you needed, room was nice and comfortable
Disliked: Only thing I’d say is that our fridge wasn’t cleaned out. There was the previous guests food leftovers in there which kinda smelled when we opened the fridge. Other than that, it was clean and comfortable

It was good but there...
Liked: Adequate number of towels, soap, shampoo etc. Room and hallways are very clean, pool closes late 11pm, free breakfast with plenty of choices. Hotel feels very safe with cameras in every floor. The atmosphere and the people are great!
Disliked: Only one elevator, when going down to lobby we got scared because elevator door didn't open on first floor, it just took us back to the 2nd floor where someone had called it. After that, it proceeded to take us to floor 1 again, by that time the elevator was crowded; however this time the door opened on 1st floor. One microwave in every floor, not in the room (this isn't so bad) while no vending machines, but the worst thing is that, there is no USB plugs for charging your phone. If I had forgotten my charger, my cable wouldn't have sufficed.
