Disappointed in room size for two queen beds - smallish. Could not use coffee maker due to cleanliness. Toilet did not flush, but excellent response to repair it. Near fall in elevator because of pool water on tiles.

Liked: Staff response good; breakfast good
Disliked: Coffee maker was filthy,toilet did not flush

nice stay!

Liked: the gym devices were modern and new. beds were super comfy with the mattresses not too soft. the reception guy was so kind to offer us the parking for free as we agreed to register to the Mariott rewards program. location is convenient being close to the airport and around only 20 min from city center.
Disliked: the setup of the breakfast items makes it extremely hard to reach food items easily especially when it is busy, as everything is placed in one corner and if other guests are lining up for the waffles for example, then the whole area is blocked, and one could not reach other items easily. there was no toast, only bagels and another very mediocre type of bread. although the gym was wonderful but one of the devices became unfunctional. we felt so lazy to report to management as it was our last day and we didn't have time to waste! no wardrobe with shelves in the room is a drawback but it is manageable and not too bad. the hangers' area was a bit too small to fir our jackets!

Never stay here again and...

Liked: Not a damn thing
Disliked: The rooms are still dated and not clean I drove 9 hrs from South Carolina to check into a dirty room let alone they moved to another it it was also dirty the sheets were not changed in either room from previous stay. Also there was crumbs on the floor and the couch and the AGM isn’t wanting to give me a refund. I can up here on a business trip for a client of mine and Jamal( the AGM) was very insensitive to the inconvenience
