Family

Liked: Breakfast was good. My kids were happy room was fine. We only stayed 1 night.
Disliked: The beds were smaller than we usually see at hotels, but still was ok.

Liked: The location was nice and the young boy hunter who checked us in was great
Disliked: We found a roach during our stay. The bathroom light blew, and we needed to use a flashlight

Over charged, didn't receive what...

Liked: Not much.
Disliked: I booked a King bed on Booking.com. When I arrived, I was given a room with 2 double beds. I brought this up and they stated that Booking.com overbooked the hotel (even though I made my reservations 2.5 months prior to the stay). Also, they charged my CC $14 more than my paperwork says I should be charged. When I asked for a receipt I was told I could not have one, again because I booked third party (every issue was met with "You booked third party so we can't do anything". I have never had any of these issues at any other hotel when booking third party so I will just never use a Faifeild or Marriott hotel again.

We didn’t stay

Liked: We did not stay. Facilities had men with flags on walking around, rude customer service, next to Waffle House (always a big no), and so much more! Between this app and hotel I will never book with or through them again.🤬

I’ll be staying here again...

Liked: I forgot the kids name at the front desk but he was exceptional. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable /clean stay. Beds are phenomenal. Breakfast is better than I’ve had in Pensacola’s hotels
Disliked: The pool should be heated. Lol
