Liked: The location is perfect for us and the staff was kind
Disliked: The bed sinks in the middle. The shower handle is on the opposite side of the sliding door making it difficult to get a good temperature prior to getting in the shower

Liked: Staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly. Best that I've ever experienced to be honest.
Disliked: The price of 340.00 for one night was high. However I recognize the higher rate was in line or lower than others in that area for that weekend

Liked: The cleanliness of the entire place. The breakfast. The location. The staff. Everything was absolutely perfect. We loved it.
Disliked: Booking.com said it was 589 for my stay and when I went to check out they charged me 609 which I wasn't prepared for. Yes it's a small difference but if I save for one price don't boost it up without telling me.

Liked: They staff was friendly and courteous. The shower was hot and had very good water pressure.

Should’ve stayed somewhere else.

Liked: The location in Owensboro is perfect.
Disliked: Everything is under construction, the parking lot is small, we got really bad rains that turned to snow the morning we were suppose to leave. We were woken up to fire alarms and being evacuated due to mechanical room issues on our last morning. The window in our room must’ve leaked because the carpet was absolutely soaked upon waking the last morning during evacuating. This was our valentines stay, first overnight trip we’ve taken in years! When I called the front desk to communicate our displeasure, we were met with “ I can’t do anything about this but I’ll tell my manager” We’ve never received a call back from management either and that was four days ago. Poor customer service.
