We booked a room at the Knights Inn about a month prior. We were going to attend a show at the House of Blues and booked the Knights Inn because of it's proximity. When we arrived in Myrtle Beach, we discovered that the Knights Inn was not only under construction, but, CLOSED. We had to spend about an hour on the phone with ConcertHotels; however, when it was all said and done, they found us a room at the Fairfield Inn by Marriott at no charge. In addition, they are refunding the money we spent for the Knights Inn. I could not have been more livid to find out that I had booked a room at a closed hotel; however, I could not be happier with the way it was handled. We attended the show and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Fairfield Inn - thanks to a good deal of hustle and diligence from ConcertHotels.com. THANK YOU!

Liked: The location was great! It was near Everything! The continental breakfast was on point.
Disliked: The remote in the room was the worst thing. I took too much time to get it pointed exactly right to turn the channels.

My family would stay again...
Liked: The breakfast was delicious. Ms. Pat takes pride in ensuring the guests are happy and that everyone is fed. The rooms were clean. The front desk staff was very accommodating. We would stay again.
Disliked: The room was not cleaned during our stay but I assume had I asked for the room to be cleaned they would have done so. In the past they did it but I guess since COVID hotel cleaning policies have changed once your in the room.
