Disappointing

Liked: The staff was friendly
Disliked: I had to leave early because they are were bugs in my bed. The staff did refund me and they offered to accommodate me to another hotel.

Actual hotel stay was great!

Liked: The breakfast was awesome.
Disliked: I paid $200 a night through Book-it and my son Paisd $100 a night directly through the hotel. I will not use Book-it again.
