Don't stay at Fairfield

Liked: Location was great!
Disliked: Upon arrival I contacted the hotel for early check-in and was told I could, once getting there they got an attitude with me and asked who said I could check in then the whole time we were there the staff gave us dirty looks like we couldn't be there . The room was decent and the bathroom fan was loud and shook. People running down halls and screaming half the night.

Convenient

Liked: Location central for us as Ball State parents.
Disliked: Had to change rooms as shower and fridge not functioning. Staff moved us easily. Hotel run down and breakfast not great. No fresh food all processed.

Liked: The staff was friendly
Disliked: I had to leave early because they are were bugs in my bed. The staff did refund me and they offered to accommodate me to another hotel.
