Disappointed. Worst hotel we ever...

Liked: The breakfast was good with some choices. The staff there was the best part of our stay.
Disliked: Our room was dreary and dark. We were there 3 nights and never had our towels replaced or the bed made up (we did that ourselves). For $770 for the time we stayed, we were expecting a bit more. Will not stay at any Fairfield after this experience. Had to drive through two gas stations to get to the entrance. WE WILL BE CALLING ABOUT AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE ON OUR PREPAIDBILL — DON’T KNOW WHAT THAT IS ABOUT. SORRY FOR THE VENTING, BUT THE STAFF DOWNSTAIRS WAS NO WHERE TO BE SEEN (EXCEPT FOR THOSE WORKING IN THE BREAKFAST AREA). THE ROOM CLEANING STAFF STARTED AT THE SOUTH END EACH DAY AND WE WERE IN THE LAST ROOM AT THE NORTH END. VERY DISAPPOINTING TO SAY THE LEAST.

Liked: Breakfast was self serve but much betterthanaverage- eggs. sausage, waffle, toast, fruit, cereal, juice, ets. Decent coffee.
Disliked: Only one cup of coffee in the room for very early risers which I am. No bar.

Awful! Do not stay here...

Disliked: Awful service all the way around. Rude personnel and not accommodating to the room that I booked when they had the extra rooms to do so. Refused to contact the manager upon request multiple times. I am a foster parent and booked 2 beds and they only gave my family a king bed and would not give us the 2 beds booked or even a roll away bed. ( they had avail rooms with 2 beds) Absolutely ridiculous will never book here again
