We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There was a problem in billing when we reserved our room, and they made it right immediately with a smile on their faces. Friendly people; great homey environment; quaint and comfortable rooms. We had a spa tub in our room and it was heavenly; TV in the room with our tub and we melted away for a couple of hours. Point being, we plan on coming back next year for MIR, and staying here again. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very good

Liked: The front desk staff was amazing, very nice and prompt. The hotel was quiet and clean and our stay was very comfortable.
Disliked: Online our room said it could sleep four people but that wasn't the case. The staff brought us a rollaqay bed for our kids and that helped but the room was a bit cramped.

Failure to communicate

Disliked: Cold room..hard to get warm with the heating system.The charges to my account got doubled.Delay in money taken from my account to be credited. I had already paid for the room thru 3rd party.Delay on additional charge of 30.00 for sundries never purchased.

The staff was excellent, and...

Liked: The staff was exceptional. They were courteous and attentive to your needs. The room was clean and comfortable. The jacuzzi was extremely relaxing.
Disliked: Not much to say here. If anything, there was no meat (bacon or sausage) offered with the free breakfast. I do not consider sausage gravy a meat. The only other suggestion I have is better signage from the street to enter the facility. We passed it the first time and had to turn around.
