Exceptional
Liked: Breakfast was good. Coffee was good. The attendant was very friendly and even told me where the ice machine was located.

My room was very dirty and unhygienic - I will stay in a different hotel next time I am in the area.
Liked: The staff were kind. Breakfast was fine.
Disliked: My room had a number of issues: onion peels on the floor, someone else's body hair in the shower and stuck to the shampoo dispenser, blood stains on the sheets, and the AC/heating unit filled the room with a burnt hair and urine smell when turned onto heating. The beds were made so I know the staff must have "cleaned" it. I did not engage the staff to fix these issues so I cannot speak to their resolution abilities as I was too exhausted post-travelling. I recommend the staff does quality checks of their rooms' cleanliness prior to the customer's arrival.
