This is a welcoming hotel,...

Liked: Room was clean, welcoming, and comfortable. Price reasonable.
Disliked: Bathroom lighting—not good for applying makeup. Close-up mirror would be helpfulFor shaving and makeup. Breakfast was ok. Hot water for tea was tepid. Area too small; seating was crammed. However, waffles, eggs, and oatmeal were very good; good selection of toppings but would have appreciated more fresh fruit like strawberries.

Liked: location was nice and the hotel was clean. the staff was nice. we didn't eat breakfast.
Disliked: we were confirmed for a large room with a King bed. We got a room with 2 queens and a much smaller room do to over booking.
