Fairfield Inn by Marriott Erie Millcreek Mall

The front desk employees were not very friendly and miserable at times. They were too worried about their social media on their cell phones. There were no plates, forks or knives for the breakfast in the morning - had to use a napkin to place my food on. Not sure if I would stay there again, even though the rooms were clean - customer service is what means the most to me!

Liked: Rooms were clean.
Disliked: Continental Breakfast.

I liked my overall stay,...

Liked: The front desk attendant was, pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful.
Disliked: The exterior and parking lot could have been better, but the inside was top notch.

Just ok

Disliked: Bed and pillows were not as comfortable as they could have been. Other Marriotts had more comfortable beds and better pillows.

Unhappy with cost of stay...

Disliked: Bathtub had body hair, found someone else’s socks behind the curtain, did not appear to have been vacuumed.

Liked: excellent location, we can walk to the shopping center and there're many resturants around the hoteland the front desk's service is considerate
Disliked: no laundry

Liked: The place was nice. Pool was good. Clean and nice area
Disliked: Breakfast. Not enough variety.
