Fairfield Inn by Marriott Erie Millcreek Mall

The front desk employees were not very friendly and miserable at times. They were too worried about their social media on their cell phones. There were no plates, forks or knives for the breakfast in the morning - had to use a napkin to place my food on. Not sure if I would stay there again, even though the rooms were clean - customer service is what means the most to me!

Liked: Rooms were clean.
Disliked: Continental Breakfast.

Liked: Enjoyed breakfast and the location.
Disliked: Mattresses were too soft. Room was too dark!

It was a quick stay...

Liked: It was close to where my sister lived
Disliked: When we were waiting for the elevator…someone dropped an order of fries on the floor and didn’t attempt to clean them up. The fries were still there in the morning.

Liked: Staff very friendly at desk and in breakfast area. Room clean. Near good quality restraunts
Disliked: Few more choices for breakfast

For almost $300 a night...

Liked: The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. The pool was nice
Disliked: Beds were uncomfortable. The room was hot when the AC was done blowing no matter the temperature we set it at. The coffee machine in the room was horrible. Pretty sure the fan in the bathroom didn’t actually work cuz there was mildew on the ceiling from moisture.

Liked: The beds were super comfortable. And very clean. Staff is extremely nice. And I would stay there again.
Disliked: Nothing. The beds were the best night sleep I've had in a long time.
