The front desk employees were not very friendly and miserable at times. They were too worried about their social media on their cell phones. There were no plates, forks or knives for the breakfast in the morning - had to use a napkin to place my food on. Not sure if I would stay there again, even though the rooms were clean - customer service is what means the most to me!

Disliked: Floor surrounding bed under carpet was broken and noisy when you walked around bed. Fan in bathroom was noisy as well

Quiet convenient stay!

Liked: A clean contemporary hotel conveniently located by the mall with lots of access to retail and food options.
Disliked: The juice machine was broken at breakfast and the staff didn't seem in any hurry to repair it or replace it

Disliked: Very crowded. Unsupervised children with drunken parents. Children running through the halls unsupervised knocking on doors and rude
