Fairfield Inn by Marriott Erie Millcreek Mall

The front desk employees were not very friendly and miserable at times. They were too worried about their social media on their cell phones. There were no plates, forks or knives for the breakfast in the morning - had to use a napkin to place my food on. Not sure if I would stay there again, even though the rooms were clean - customer service is what means the most to me!

Liked: No guest laundry. Beds were ok but a bit soft. Shower stall floor slippery and water pressure low. No snacks available in the market nook and no close convenience store nearby.

Liked: Only provided 2 towels in our room (there were 3 guest), did not have anyone come in to clean room during the stay, pool was small and no towels at pool area. Yellow stain on mattress.

Liked: I always stay at this location. I was not happy being charged $10.00 to park. I parked in a public lot next to the Fairfield. Never charged before. I am a Bonvoy Member. RK
Disliked: Bonvoy member. Parking Fee. Didn't even park in hotel lot. Plenty of spaces available. RK
