Disliked: The free wifi did not work & the males of pur group said the toilet paper was extremely thin

Liked: We like everything the only thing is that the room has a funky smell but the staff was excellent lovely people specially miss Q thank you all for your excellent service

Exceptional

Liked: Staff was extremely friendly. We stayed because bad weather was coming in and my son was having to work late and we didn't not want him to have to drive in it home which was about 20 minute drive. All rooms in the area were booked to the max and they were extremely busy. Still with all the business they were friendly and very attentive

Shortest stay ever

Disliked: Our room immediately upon check in smelled like natural gas and had an odd feel to it. The bed closest to the window had black stains on the sheets. We went down tot the pool to swim and the water was extremely cold and the pool was nasty. There was hair floating all in the water, hair and dirty floors in the pool area. Hotel was also using the pool area for storage of some kind of cushions from furniture. Front desk staff Liz was very nice. We left about an hour after we checked in. Did not feel comfortable or homey at all. The staff said they would try to refund us or something but never did. We went over to Home 2 Suited and it was wonderful.
