Fairfield Inn by Marriott Deptford

Hotel was just okay. We stayed one night for a concert at the Scottish Rite Auditorium.

Liked: Room was very clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Public areas and elevator (yes, only one). The other was out of service. Common areas and elevator were dirty. Breakfast was advertised until 10:00, however at 9:50 they took away the plates and started to take the food away even though there were people in the breakfast area.

Okay stay, not greatest stay...

Liked: Breakfast was okay, usual offerings for this type of hotel and accommodating breakfast.
Disliked: Fitness center was a big weakness. Very small, limited options, no towels and trash can was full and towel bucket was full.

Liked: Front desk staff is exceptional! Thank you all very much for making our stay comfortable!We will be back!
Disliked: I would add couple bottles of free water to the refrigerator. Especially in summer!There was no hair dryer in my room.

Liked: The room was clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable, the staff couldn't have been more accommodating, and the location was perfect.

Passable

Disliked: I wish the staff especially on the front desk are friendly. Also I booked online and paid, and they still asked for $20. I’ve been going to this hotel and this is the second time they asked for it. That shouldn’t be!

Liked: It is a great location to visit our family and friends when we are in the area from North Jersey. We were staying overnight to attend a dear friends viewing and services. Leslie and Adore were so kind and accommodating. We truly felt comfortable and they made our stay feel less emotional and more relaxing. Thank you so very much. We will be back soon. All our best.
