Liked: Location
Disliked: The toilet was stoped up and the check in lady told us to come down stairs to use the bathroom and there were nobody to come fix it, later when we were getting ready to leave for out engagement she then offer us to change rooms but we couldn’t because we had to leave to be on time for where we had to go.

Disappointing

Liked: The comfort of the bed
Disliked: The smell of weed on the whole entire 3rd floor as well as I'm not sure the AC worked on the 3rd floor either because it was very humid everything you'd get off the elevator.

Very good

Liked: The staff was extremely friendly. It was a very relaxing and nice stay. Very close to everything, including Charlotte speedway.
Disliked: The pool was not finished so we did not get to use that. Not by any fault of their own.

Not satisfied

Liked: Location
Disliked: Smell of the carpet, it needs to be replaced and there were ants in the rooms

Disliked: I did not like how they have charged my bank twice and have not refunded me the money and have not made any effort to reach back out to me about this.

Disliked: A extra $29 was taking off my card that I didn't know about then when I called back after check out they said something about security fees will be returned in a few days but this was never stated upon check-in at all
