Liked: Staff are friendly. They keep it very clean. The beds are sooo comfortable. Love coming here. The price is great as well for the stay.

DISAPPOINTED

Liked: It was in a good area right across from the mall. Visiting my son, that is the only good thing about it. 10 minutes away.
Disliked: The bed was very comfortable, and the room was very small to have a king-size bed in it. No USB for any cell phones, chargers, or headphones nowhere in the room. The bathroom is very small, and the bathtub was not clean. But someone did come to the room and cleaned it. Curtains don't close, and the noises from outside in the parking lot. Refeer smell in the elevator. The celling was very close to me in the shower. Furnishers was very old, and the drawers did not open, only haft way. There was a tree branch hanging from the tree. To the left of the entrance of the hotel. Don't have any photos.

Last night was a nightmare

Liked: Rooms were very clean
Disliked: An emergency occurred during my stay. The elevator wires sparked a small fire. Fire trucks called out twice. Because my mothers room was next to the elevator she requested to be moved and staff refused to accommodate her request. This was not acceptable for any patron. She is disabled and i was very concerned for her safety.
