Inconvenient

Liked: Only thing that was good was the breakfast.
Disliked: I had an absolutely horrible experience during my recent hotel stay. First off, when I arrived, they had no record that I had already prepaid for my room. I was left standing there for over 15 minutes while they scrambled to "figure it out." On top of that, the customer service was awful — completely unprofessional and disorganized.Later, they even tried to claim I never checked in, despite me talking to the manager when we first arrived. To make matters worse, they deactivated my room key, leaving me locked out of my room because we supposedly never checked in— all while being six hours away from home. The entire experience was stressful, inconvenient, and honestly unacceptable for any hotel claiming to provide decent service.

Nice place for stay with...

Liked: This is nice hotel for vacation. Around 15 mins drive to happening places around in Boston. Gym and swimming pool are nice! Breakfast included in package, overall worthy stay with in this budget. I definitely recommend this.

Disliked: Unfortunately the hotel uses some sort of automatic air freshener in the hallways that absolutely stunk. It was much too strong and gave me a headache within minutes. I got very little sleep as my head was pounding. If my stay had been longer than two days I would have to have left for another hotel.
