Disliked: My son had an emergency at the trampoline park so we had to check out less than 4 hours after checking in…. So expensive to not be able to actually stay

Worst experience at a Fairfield!...

Liked: It was easy to get to off the highway, but the people in the area were not very friendly to us. Very disappointed with our stay. We didn’t even sleep the second night in the hotel. We left early and started driving home because we were so uncomfortable! We have stayed at other Fairfield inn’s a few times and never felt so disappointed like we did this time.
Disliked: Our beds were extremely uncomfortable and everything was dirty. In the pool area there was tons of brown particles floating on the walkways and in the pool. Our room was filthy. We found hair in our beds and pills left in drawers and food behind our bed and nightstand! Very disappointed. We had to leave a night earlier cause we couldn’t sleep another night in that room even though we paid for it.

Liked: Good experience but we chose to stay there because of the pool but it was not listed before we booked that the pool is shut down for maintenance. Would have been nice to know right up front. Other than that it was clean, quiet and easy access.

Liked: The bed was comfortable and the tv was nice
Disliked: Pool was closed, the guy cleaning during the day had a bad attitude, there was hair in the bottom of the shower
