Disliked: Food usually either wasn’t hot enough or wouldn’t stay hot when you ate it.Maybe a microwave in there might be helpful to use when needed.

Basic accommodation

Liked: Large room. Good shower. Friendly staff. Basic breakfast provided. Quiet. Parking available.
Disliked: Old, dated hotel.

Liked: I am not a breakfast eater but I actually enjoyed it. The location of the hotel was excellent as I do not drive and my partner is wheelchair bond. Carl'sJr was very convenient for us. Morning person at desk is an excellent employee. Need more people like her working with the public. Sorry I dd not get her name.
Disliked: There was nothing that I disliked.

I thought I had booked...

Liked: It’s close to our daughter’s home.The free breakfast was excellent. Coffee available 24 hours a day also made my husband very happy .
Disliked: The parking lot was all dug up. Apparently a Starbucks is going to be built in front of the hotel.

Amazing hotel for a short...

Liked: - the staff is exceptional - the best I've met in any hotel in the area of Massachusetts/NHThey even made delicious cookies for the guests! Everyone was exceptionally professional and kind and eager to help- The rooms are new and clean- Welcoming screensaver on TV with my name - small detail but it made me feel special, too- Great wifi- The breakfast doesn't have that many options, but still very good - the waffle machine definitely gives extra points to it. - Very quiet area, great for rest (I was photographing a wedding in the area on the next day, so that was one of the major factors for me). - their app is great - I programmed my phone to be my room key, and was never worried about forgetting those plastic keys in the room.
Disliked: - the breakfast could have a couple of veggie options (spinach, avocado).But that's just me being picky - everything was great.
