Disliked: My room was assigned to other people after I had already checked in. I came to find this out by other people having working keys to access my room and opening the door. If I didn't have the safety latch on the door, they would have walked right in. Instead they were able to see me through the partially opened door. When I called the front desk to inform them, I was cut off with the attendant saying 'what in the world is going on' and then telling me there was a glitch, without any concern for me or my safety. As a women traveling out of town alone, it was a very unsettling experience. I would not return to this hotel.

Overall, this location was a great choice for the Berks Jazz Festival.

Liked: I enjoyed the oatmeal, cereal, and yogurt with a wide assortment of toppings. It was a healthy choice. The waffles, eggs, and sausage also had cheese and salsa toppings. I appreciated the fresh fruit of either apples or bananas.
Disliked: There were limited oversized bath towels. Full-size shampoo and conditioner were offered in the shower. However, the shower gel was missing.
