The hotel is very clean, possibly a newer hotel. The house keeping and the person taking care of breakfast was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very good!
Liked: The housekeepers were very friendly. Very impressed how they went out of there way to acknowledge us.
Disliked: Our fridge had food from the guest before us left in there. Very disgusting! When we checked in the people at the front desk were more concerned with talking to their friends and eating the cookies more than taking care of us.

Booking.com didn’t disappoint

Disliked: We arrived at approximately 2am due to canceled/delayed flights. I notified the hotel 5hrs before our arrival to inform them our flight was delayed and we were arriving late. We arrive approximately around 1:15am and was told our room was switched out to another party because their TV in their room was not working. So our options was a king suite as a free upgrade from our king room. Then that offer was taken away almost immediately and offered us a double room. Then that offer was changed because of a reservation of another large party arriving the next day and they required the double room over us. So the only options was a double bed with no air conditioning or the king room with no TV. After expressing my frustration with the back and forth after traveling for almost 21hrs...I was offered by the manager Anthony via telephone thru the front desk clerk of not paying for that night stay. I was told they were emailing booking.com for my refund and still waiting. Fyi no one ever came by to fix the tv.
