Liked: The location to Prairie View A&M
Disliked: The photos pictured on the website did not match the actual look of the room. The room looked dark and old to be five years old. The carpet didn’t appear to have been vacuumed. The bathroom was dusty.

Disliked: Dear Booking.com,I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at Fairfield Inn booked through Booking.com on April 26- 27th of 2025.From the moment I arrived, my experience was far from acceptable:Noise Disturbances: My room was next to the kitchen, and I was kept awake all night by constant noise from the guest above me, clattering dishes in the early morning, and children running wild in the hallways. I was later informed there was a baseball tournament, which explained the rowdy environment — but no effort was made by the property to manage the noise or ensure a peaceful environment for other guests.Overcharging and Booking Issues: I had already prepaid for my stay in the amount of $138.10, yet upon arrival I was told there was an issue with my reservation and that I would need to pay an additional $160. I was told to “get Booking.com on the phone,” which put me in a very uncomfortable position. My boyfriend had to charge his card to cover this additional fee just so we could access the room we had already reserved.Booking.com Support Problems: I have been a loyal Booking.com customer for years and have never encountered this kind of treatment. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue and get my money refunded, I have received little to no support, which is deeply disappointing.This situation was stressful, costly, and completely avoidable. I am requesting a full refund of the additional $160 and a formal apology for the inconvenience. I hope Booking.com will step up and assist in resolving this matter swiftly.

Liked: I like that it was close to the area I was going.
Disliked: What we didn't like was the noise that proceeded all through the night when you have traveled 5 1/2 hours you expect to get a good night's sleep! But the noise woke us up about 3am that morning, After we had been up to about 10pm that night.. our last stay in the past was excellent but this time around wasn't good so me and my wife probably want return.
