Disliked: The bathroom was dirty. All over the shower and shower doors was a lot of pink mold. There were also a lot of dirty spots on the walls in both the bathroom and the walls next to the bed. It looked like things had been thrown, wiped, or spit onto the walls. We were told there was not another room that we could be moved to.

Liked: location was good and close to downtown.Staff were wonderful and helpful. Breakfast was decent and could use a better less processed and sugary selection. Appreciate the upgrade to a better view and warm welcome ☺️
Disliked: Rooms were small and not much room to get around. Refrigerator was very loud and made it very hard to fall sleep. Some complimentary water would have been appreciated. Toiletry was minimal to none! could be much much better.
