Bad experience this time !!!

Disliked: During my recent stay, I booked a suite and was surprised to find that the bathroom had no functioning ventilation or exhaust system. When I brought this to the manager’s attention, I was told that the suites are not equipped with any ventilation by design, which is concerning—especially since I’ve stayed in standard rooms at this hotel before, and all of them had proper bathroom ventilation.What’s more disappointing is the lack of concern from the manager. There was no apology offered, despite the clear discomfort caused by steam and odors from the shower and toilet lingering in the room. Additionally, the suite—being the most expensive room—had a noticeable smell, as if someone had been smoking in it.This experience, along with the dismissive attitude of the manager, left me questioning the level of customer care provided at this hotel.

Liked: Apon arrival my significant other and I were greeted by miss.Vikki, she was very helpful with any questions that we had about our stay. Along with the other staff members everyone made our vacation fabulous. Room was clean, breakfast bar was good as well. Thank you

Liked: This hotel was absolutely gorgeous, it smelt lovely and was so clean and comfortable. The beds and pillows were so soft and luxurious. The staff were nice and helpful and the breakfast was nice. The outdoor area is so beautiful, with a nice pool. The gym is well equipped and the room was very clean
