Bad

Disliked: They canceled my reservation the day of my stay because they were overbooked. My friend and I made reservations the same day and because she used their website instead of Booking, she was able to stay. Manager blamed Booking and said he canceled all third party reservations. Not how business should be done.

Disliked: Prefer breakfast hours last a little later.

Disliked: I honestly don't know what could have been improved. We were perfectly satisfied and didn't see anything that needed any attention for improvement.

Disliked: I never got to see it as I was turned around by a very sweet young lady that was very helpful due to. Booking. Com they never contacted me about reimbursement for something out of my control
