Liked: Location was good.
Disliked: Couldn't get the Air conditioner to work. Called front desk and they said they would come check it out and never came. Also picture frame in the bathroom was bad peeling away.

Regional Mgmt is not doing...

Disliked: Room 243--Shower wall was broken. Two light bulbs had to be replaced. TV remote was missing. Lock on door required manly strength to exit from inside room.

Issues not worth the price...

Liked: Location to what we were needing
Disliked: The water in the room was either scalding hot (if kids or anyone really had used it would have burned them). They had no other rooms to accommodate. Ended up using an out of order room for another reason to take shower. Less than ideal accommodations considering paying full price for room. Lady at breakfast was nice like reviews said though.
