Lovely place, but bad hotel...

Liked: It was very clean and new, and the staff were absolutely wonderful (friendly and helpful).
Disliked: It was very loud and the pillows were terrible. We didn't get any sleep because you could constantly hear toilets flushing, people walking above us and in the morning in the hall. I think I would have gotten a better night's sleep in the car.

Facilities were great. Staff was...

Liked: New facilities. Breakfast was typical of other hotel chains. Rooms were clean.
Disliked: Room thermostat did not respond to our temp setting. We set to 73, but the temp never went above 70.
