Nice hotel, stayed several times

Great place to stay, just...

Liked: The room was large, clean, and comfortable.
Disliked: The front desk employee was not present and as she approached the desk had a frown. (I would have expected a response like, oh hello, I'm sorry you have to wait.) She mumbled. The elevator was down, sadly the gentleman working on the elevator were more helpful than she was. The staff member the next morning at check out was very sweek.
