The stay was ok but...

Liked: Breakfast was decent but not great. We arrived 40 minutes before they closed and they were already running out of some things.
Disliked: Better supply of food, better coffee

Liked: The hotel was only minutes away from the facility I was attending.
Disliked: The smell in the hotel roomwas not great and the shower head was leaking.

Liked: The beds was amazingly comfortable. The night staff was amazing and very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: They don't have syrp for the waffles . Nor do they have French vanilla cream for coffee. But it was still a nice breakfast.

Liked: Friendly staff and overall clean.
Disliked: Not up to Marriott or Fairfield Inn standards. The hotel ran out of bar soap for the bathroom sink and never provided any alternative or replenishment for the length of our stay. We pumped body wash from the affixed bottle on the wall in the bathroom into a little plastic cup. I don’t imagine all my neighbors did- so it makes for a cheap and unhygienic approach on the part of the hotel. Breakfast was kept stocked, but the age or care of the waffle machine was disgusting. No amount of spray prevented the machine from eating your waffle before you could. Hallway carpets were worn and had some holes. At lower price point and from another chain, the general cleanliness would make the hotel fine…but we expected more for the money and reputation.
