A warm welcome awaits you at this privately owned 4-star hotel a fully restored and refurbished Victorian mansion house situated on Ayr's seafront recapturing the essence of country house hospitality. Very relaxing, peaceful and friendly...

Liked: The location, leisure facilities, food and staff were all great.
Disliked: Possibly modernise the bedroom locks so that a key is not required.

A very comfortable stay boosted...

Liked: The staff were excellent, restaurant is good, large comfortable bed and a spa bathtub.
Disliked: The shower switched between scoldingly hot and ice cold every 5s or so.Minor inconveniences: there was no bottled water in the room, or a small fridge.

Looking forward to going back...

Liked: Nice warm welcome and friendly staff. Room was clean and tea and coffee making available.
Disliked: Very Good night service too.
