Liked: Excellent breakfast, helpful and friendly staff, good on-site restaurant.

Superb

OK but only OK.

Liked: Comfortable bed, good hot water for shower.
Disliked: Tiny window, v little natural light, overgrown vegetation masking sight, couldn’t see whether it was sunny or raining, could hardly get any fresh air, room at end of corridor between cleaners’ rooms so we felt short changed even though we had booked several months in advance for a 3 night stay, 26 bags of laundry in corridor - could hardly get out of our door. When we arrived the loo in our bathroom had been used and not flushed. Menu for supper on last night didn’t have 3 of my choices …. Hotel made aware of all of this, they did make an allowance on our final account, for which we were grateful.

Liked: Hotel was lovely, booked the Carnegie suit for my daughter and son in law for their birthdays, the room was gorgeous and the bathroom was stunning
Disliked: They didn't find the bed as comfortable as they thought it would be, also the room was a bit stuffy
