Liked: Executive sea view room which was really spacious and very comfortable. The staff throughout the hotel were very friendly and accommodating. Access to the leisure complex with a reasonable sized pool, for me ,was an added bonus.

Extremely enjoyable and we would...
Liked: The location was perfect for beach walks or walking into the town centre. Ideal for both myself and my husband.
Disliked: We wanted a light lunch on Sunday, e.g. sandwiches/tea/coffee but this wasn't available either in the restaurant or as an offer on room service. The lunch on offer was good but far too much food for us mid-day.

Disliked: Lovely room but couldn't sleep as the floors are very very creaky and you could here people moving around at night

Disliked: This was supposedly to be an executive room, the window overlooked some structure which blocked out all the light, in the bathroom there was mould in the corner of the shower, the wash basin was unbelievably small making it impossible to wash, the towel rail was cold, two tv?s in the room one did not work, like most hotel carpets it could have done with a deep clean. We did dine in the hotel and the food presented was reasonable. The cost was £165.00 per night which I consider expensive and not value for money, hotel management should realise that the majority of patrons have nice homes and do not want to stay in poorly presented rooms. Hotels will have to ?up ? their game if they wish to stay in business. We did get a modest reduction in the room rate on making a formal complaint however our mini break was completely ruined.
