Liked: Great location, near many restaurants and a grocery store and easy to get on and off the freeway.
Disliked: Needs updated, the flower sheer curtains need to go…. They should put in a pool in their center big grass area. There’s nothing out there and families with younger kids would be more inclined to stay there.

Unprofessional, Uninformed, Lacking Understanding, Kindness...
Liked: Cleanliness and comfortable beds
Disliked: The female manager working at night just pushes points versus caring to solve problems. My mother and I were turned away because the trainee said we hadn’t paid when we had paid for the room. The trainee didn’t even know if bath mats were available because I had booked a hearing accessible room with a roll in shower and they didn’t have anything ADA or hearing accessible upon arrival. We left without our room because we didn’t want to pay twice, had to go to Fred Meyer scrambled to buy a bath mat for non slip purposes and a bath mat for stepping out of the shower as they didn’t have that either. While outside and inside of Fred Meyer I was on a call with Booking.com for help with the total mess. Thanks to Omar-An Absolute Angel From Booking.com who spent over 60 minutes calling the property 3 times to sort it out, we had a place to stay. Shame on Fairfield! Shame on the manager who offers points as a quick fix and doesn’t do anything or show any understanding or empathy and shame on those trainees as one told me I hadn’t paid and the other tried telling me how the app and payMethod I used worked. Neither knew what they were talking about and Omar-Thank God-cleared it all up! Thank you to Troy at the front desk who -should be-the Manager. Troy you apologized, showed empathy and understanding you were kind and professional. Bless you and Thank You. Marriott you should not have people in place that don’t care and don’t have a clue what they are talking about. Train Troy to be Manager he cares and deserves it!
