Everything was terrific and when...

Liked: Good breakfast. Front desk staff were great and friendly, caring. Everything was clean and halls were quiet
Disliked: Nothing I can think of.

Very nice - clean, quiet,...

Liked: Very clean and quiet.
Disliked: I wish the desk clerk had told me there would be a $30 refundable charge for incidentals so I didn't have to go back to the desk to ask about it.

How old is the place?

Liked: Location and exterior appearance
Disliked: The shower was dirty. The front desk called at 0800 asking why I had not checked out of the room when I just checked in the night before for one night stay. The internet service was cutoff during the morning of my stay. Things I wanted to do over internet could not be done. there was about $17 in taxes and fees.

Liked: Location! It’s not in the middle of a busy city, but is surrounded by lots of our favorite stores and places to eat. It’s also about the midpoint of our travels from Indiana to New Jersey.
