Liked: 1-The young black man cleaning the hotel is amazing! He really shows pride in his cleaning and does a great job!2. The breakfast options are great
Disliked: Fairfield:1. Gym refillable water machine broken2. no complimentary water but maybe given to some but not all3. The pool should open when all other amenities open. Breakfast and gym open at 6am so should the pool and really should stay open 24/7. There’s no lifeguard so why is there a limit on the hours?! 4. The tap/beer/wine area is a rip off! too expensive!5.The front desk staff are often absent from the front desk and they are not very attentive or friendly. They need customer service 1 on 1. 7. The breakfast options are great, but more variety is needed. Consider grits, grapes, waffles, strawberries, blueberries, white bread, cranberry juice, grapefruit juice

Headache medicine

Liked: Location to our wedding venue. Early check in. Water pressure.
Disliked: I came downstairs in the middle of the night and needed some headache medicine. I looked at the little market area and didn't see any. I walked over to the front desk and asked the ladies standing there if they had any more headache medicine. One lady, without even looking up, pointed toward the market and said "it's over there". I explained that I already looked and she seemed like she didn't want to go look. So she walked over to the wall and didn't see any then looked in the drawer and there was none in there either. I went back to my room with a headache and no medicine.
