Liked: The rooms are beautiful and clean. We loved the decor. The self-serve bar was a pleasant surprise. The staff went out of their way to help me get checked in when there was a computer glitch through booking.com which listed everyone's last name first on the computer. (Couldn't find my reservation because of it) The staff worked hard to help me, it was a relief!

Liked: Everything was good, checkin time and check out. Pool was great! Very clean room
Disliked: Bed was alittle bit too hard for me. Still slept well but took alittle bit to get comfortable.

Sleepless checked out sooner than...

Disliked: The walls were thin, my husband ma made a complaint about the noise coming from upstairs sounded like a stampede of elephants upstairs. My husband went to the front desk receptionist ,she said that she was unable to help with that situation and that there was no manager able to assist as well. The noise continue until almost 2am
