Liked: I liked everything except Breakfast
Disliked: The breakfast is same everyday. That's the only thing I am not okay with. rest of them are very good.

Liked: Location was good. Staff friendly.
Disliked: We took 1 hour to wait for a shuttle bus from airport to hotel. Standing for that amount of time on a cold evening was irritating. Following day around Noon asked for a shuttle bus to return to airport. Not available!! Despite your advertising. Had to take a taxi.

Liked: Staff was very friendly and welcoming. They were able to get us checked in, in a short amount of time even with the amount of people that were arriving at the hotel.
Disliked: The room was not completely clean, we found what looked like makeup on the pillow and some dirt on the bed sheets.

Liked: The reception was exceptional when I checked in - very friendly and helpful. At breakfast, the coffee and waffles were good.

Disliked: more trips to the airport than only 2 per hour.
