Beautiful and clean hotel with...

Liked: The hotel is beautiful and clean. They provided a variety of food for breakfast and the staff were very nice and helpful
Disliked: The front desk clerk did not check us out and charge us for another night. I still haven't got my refund after talking to the hotel manager.

Liked: Staff was fantastic, and very helpful. Everything was very clean. Things were organized. Love the early check in and the communication was great.
Disliked: Not sure if this is fault of booking.com or hotel, but I requested a room away from elevators (for quiet). I was given a room directly across from the elevators. Fortunately, it was a very quiet night and we weren’t disturbed at all. I just wonder what is the point of “requests” if they aren’t followed. It all worked out fine though. Second point would be that the breakfast are could use a microwave. The dry cups of oatmeal would be far better cooked in a microwave, however, the good is that there was a very sufficient selection of food.

Liked: It was modern and clean. The staff were super friendly and helpful and went beyond of what was required.
Disliked: They still use plastic cutlery and paper plates. Not environment friendly.
