Disliked: I booked this hotel for an Aunt from out of country. She wanted a bath tub instead of a shower. I talked to front desk and was told that they would switch from a King to Queen doubles in order that she would get a tub, and put a "note" on her reservation. After she checking in, i found out the next day that they did not make the switch as confirmed. Slightly disappointed. Other than that did not hear of any complaints about the room.

Disliked: The beds are VERY uncomfortable The towels are wafer thinThere was dirt under the bedsThe welcome message on the tv stays on too long and there is no way to clear/close it

Liked: Nice gym, great location.
Disliked: Not very clean, we had to change rooms initially because it appeared that our room was never cleaned at all. The hotel just seemed to feel somewhat unkept in general. There were also multiple instances where coffee had run out during breakfast and we had to get somebody to refill. This hotel probably mostly deals with people traveling for work so not having reliable coffee is a pretty big bummer to me.

Disliked: Fridge wasn’t cleaned out, left over food from previous guests. Wish I had a sitting area like a lounge chair that I usually get with a king size bedroom
