Superb

Liked: the updated decor. Very beautifully decorated, especially the main lobby and eating area.
Disliked: The mattress seemed cheap and was not comfortable like the typical mattress-hotel experience that I as looking forward to. Which was a bummer.

Liked: It was clean
Disliked: First of all ,we are seniors only one chair in the room we need back support, asked staff about another room or chair and was told we didn't pay for a king suite one of the guests that came with us had a couch in her room. We should have least had two.

Liked: Dairy free options at breakfast was nice. Nice open room, 2 tvs.
Disliked: Pull out couch was terribly uncomfortable. Had to ask for various sheets and bedding despite our booking of 4 people, which means the hotel should know we needed to use the pull out couch. The blankets were just between 2 sheets, how often do they wash the actual blanket? The room was super hot with central heating, we had to turn on the air conditioning in the middle of winter to get our room comfortable enough for sleep. Housekeeping did not show up at all during our 6 nights of stay, not even to empty the trash or change out the towels, as the check in person said they would do every other day.

Wonderful rooms!

Liked: Loved the room! The bed was extremely comfortable, everything was so nice and clean! Really enjoyed my stay here.
Disliked: The breakfast could've been better. The eggs didn't taste great and there isn't a huge selection of food to choose from.
