I will never stay at the hotel again.

Liked: The bed and cleaning staff.
Disliked: With the price I paid it only had one chair in the whole room. No table, additional chairs, table or couches.

Superb

Liked: Friendly staff. Laundry room availability. Accessibility service with a room just off the elevator. Thank you for the accommodation.
Disliked: Something that may not change based on one review- I attempted to walk in to the fitness room but door was locked. I tried using my access card and it wouldn't open. The other is the pool hours. It would be nice to have even longer hours of availability. Thank you for reading.

Liked: The hospitality was phenomenal

Disliked: The safety bar in the bathroom was not secured properly to the shower wall. This was reported to the management upon checkout. There was a lot of noise late in the evening.

Liked: The best professional staff. Make us feel more than welcomed.Very clean facilities, once you enter through the door it smells very good.
Disliked: The availability of food and Juice at breakfast. Specifically once the Orange Juice bottle was finished there were no more Juice available of any kind.

Liked: I liked the staffs attitude and kindness.
Disliked: You know that I had a special request for son's situation. However, the room I was given was adjacent to elevators, and the noisiest floor, it was like we were trying to sleep in a football field. There was so much running around noisily, banging and kicking on the walls, besides, the little fridge was so frozen and very noisy.
