Liked: We have stayed here several times in the past 2 years. This is our go to hotel when we travel for work in Conway. We have never had an issue here, beds are comfortable, rooms are clean and the staff is always friendly.
Disliked: Breakfast was a little limited for a diabetic, however the hotel did reach out and told me next time we stay to just ask a staff member and they would be able to accommodate us better, so that's what I shall do the next time we are there.

Disliked: only one thing ,check in at 4pm but they take more time but thay say cause short personal

I would stay here again...
Liked: Location and parking was great! Easily accessible!
Disliked: Our door lock broke and we couldn’t get into our room for almost two hours. Not the hotels fault as things do happen, but we were literally in our room just to drop our stuff off and then headed to the pool. We were stuck in our bathing suits with no change of clothes or any of our belongings. We were provided with another room, but being stuck in a cold wet bathing suit was not enjoyable and I didn’t feel the staff were as concerned as they should have been. The maintenance manager was the only one the showed any concern/sense of urgency. The pool never had towels and I constantly had to ask the front desk.
