Thanks for finding room for...

Liked: This is the spot we always stay when traveling to Missoula. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Staff is always helpful. Location is great and is accommodating for our visitors.
Disliked: We had issue with booking.com. They booked and charged us for the wrong day. We are still trying to get our money back. That was not Fairfields fault at all. They did find us a room, it appeared it was under maintenance but we were thankful for the room! The water slide area is beginning to show aging and hot tub was just a barely warm tubKnowing this facility, they will make every effort to update. We will be back.

Must be growing pains???

Liked: Nice, new hotel near the airport & accessible to dining & shopping.
Disliked: The front desk staff needs customer service training. The guests are not a bother & rewards members should ay least be made to feel welcome. Clearly state to guests arriving early that their room is not yet ready & when to back. Don't make them guess what to do while being too busy with the computer. We also woke up in the middle of the night to Marijuana smells coming for next store....yuck!

Liked: Facilities and location
Disliked: One of the staff has an attitude and does not have a good customer relation. That’s why we canceled our reservation. But the manager who waived was very empathic and considerate. That staff who initially talked to us should not be place there, she will just ruin the reputation of the hotel

Liked: The rooms are way to small, no full length mirror, no fan in the bathroom n can’t roll up window blinds for the amount I paid it’s poor!!!

Not worth the money- 1...

Liked: The staff was pleasant
Disliked: The rooms and facility are ran down, not clean, and had a bad smell. The rate is outrageous! 600$ for two nights. It is absolutely NOT worth it, 2 water sliders or not! The breakfast was sub par. And no housekeeping- I had to call for clean towels.
