Liked: Facilities and location
Disliked: One of the staff has an attitude and does not have a good customer relation. That’s why we canceled our reservation. But the manager who waived was very empathic and considerate. That staff who initially talked to us should not be place there, she will just ruin the reputation of the hotel

Liked: The rooms are way to small, no full length mirror, no fan in the bathroom n can’t roll up window blinds for the amount I paid it’s poor!!!

Not worth the money- 1...

Liked: The staff was pleasant
Disliked: The rooms and facility are ran down, not clean, and had a bad smell. The rate is outrageous! 600$ for two nights. It is absolutely NOT worth it, 2 water sliders or not! The breakfast was sub par. And no housekeeping- I had to call for clean towels.

Disliked: Upon arrival I inquired about pool hours and was told it was only open for the local high school swim team, which was contrary to what the website said. I booked there because of the pool. Upon check-out, the receptionist said I received incorrect information from the previous shift and that the pool was open to all guests. Very disappointing.

Don't Stay Here.

Liked: The room had a nice big tv.
Disliked: The room was Super Hot! No matter how cold you put the thermostat it never went below 72°f.The Beds are just a single mattress on a hard slick board, so the mattress would want to fly off the board every time you got in or out of bed. The shower had very low pressure and the door to the restroom was so close to the toilet, you couldn't shut it if you sitting on the the toilet. Plus the toilet paper was way behind the toilet so it was Super awkward to get some.Plus the has a water park in the hotel, so kids Galore at all hours of the night! Loud kids!!
