Liked: It’s in a good location and close to the highway to be able to get places and other cities fast. Most of the staff were nice and the cleaning crew were very sweet and respectful.
Disliked: The AC did not work consistently in our room and kept randomly shutting off and we advised the staff and there was no compensation or credit. We were sweating in the room. Had to call the front desk at 5am since it shut off in the middle of the night and wouldn’t turn back on, but nobody could fix it until about 4-5 hrs later right before we were checking out. When I spoke to them about it, the Kay at the front just said, “We were so sorry, have a great day though!” Smh I walked out annoyed and advised I would be leaving this review!

Liked: Being close to FIT where our grandson is studying to become a commercial pilot.

Very good

Liked: The pool area with bar are excellent. Also, the breakfast was good with lots of options. Lastly, the shuttle service to all the action in Key West is a great feature.
Disliked: The hotel provides you with earplugs, but the local roosters that roam around are vocal early in the morning. To be fair, this is probably an issue all over the key.

Exceptional stay

Liked: Everything was superb, staff was friendly courteous helpful, breakfast was good, facilities were very clean overall score 10 plus in all categories. The pool wasn't that clean but that doesn't take away from all the other exceptional experience.
Disliked: Just that the pool wasn't nice it was okay.
