Liked: Cleanliness of hotel, breakfast and coffee was a welcomed bonus, convenient ice machine and laundry on each floor was amazing.
Disliked: Called for a shuttle from the airport and was left on hold for more than 10 minutes. I hung up and took an Uber. I needed quarters to do laundry. I asked and was rudely told "I only have 5 quarters in my drawer so I dint know what to tell you" I've worked in the hotel industry for more than 20 years (everything from the front desk, accounting to the corporate office) Most of the staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and amenities were appreciated.

Liked: The property was well maintained, very quiet, and comfortable. The breakfast was good and there was enough seating for everyone. They have a little food kiosk by the front desk. We did not see the pool.
Disliked: Nothing.
