Disliked: The person who checked us in could have directed us to the location of r room i.e either to the right of the lobby or left

Liked: Loved the gentleman who checked us in. He remembered us from our previous stay and why we were there. Loved our room. Very comfortable and clean. Loved that we could just take a short walk to dinner at one of two close restaurants. We really enjoyed breakfast and both ladies on duty were very nice.

Better then I thought it...

Liked: The lady at the desk, Christan, was very helpful and patient. I was having issues with the card payment, which was on the banks end. It took about 45 mins to get us checked in. She was very helpful. The shower in the bathroom was very clean. 1 little issue I had though. I had gone to step in the shower after I had the water running. I slipped, but caught myself. Even tho the bottom of the shower was textured, it was still slick. I had to lay a hand towel on the bottom of the shower so I would not slip while moving around. It does need a shower mat if some kind. The bed was a little bit harder the my husband and I are used to, but still good. We kept having issues with the TV's in the room. We were in the King Suite. When you turned 1 TV off, the other one would come on and vise versa. Kinda comical.

Liked: How clean it was, staff was so nice and it's so close to restaurants too in walking.
Disliked: Wish their was a hot tub

Liked: Excellent location for us. Not optimal for a longer stay--shallow drawers, tiny closet, no comfortable way for 2 people to eat. Water pressure was low and hot water took a long time to heat up--a couple of minutes or more.Coffee/tea/water 24/7 in lobby was great. Breakfast was fine and well maintained. Plenty of free parking. Desk staff was friendly and efficient. We had housekeeping service 4 out of 5 days.Caution: bathroom floor is slick when wet and the bath mat is small. We never did figure out the bathroom light switch settings.

Liked: It was clean and safe
Disliked: The room was so close to ground floor exit, felt like a meeting room not a bedroom. Also had lingering cleaning scent.
