Disliked: At check in,waited at least 10 minutes, had to find someone. They were very aggregated that we were there. Trash was everywhere outside the hotel. Could tell it was not cleaned up that day.

An Exemplary Hotel Stay!

Liked: I just wish I could rate this hotel far above excellent!!! It was spotlessly clean and the staff were so friendly and helpful!! For a dog friendly hotel, it far exceeded my expectations, and my corgis and I had a great experience!

Liked: The property was fine. However; the Booking.com and hotels need to work better together
Disliked: I accidentally booked the wrong date (my mistake) and had to pay a higher price due to my mistake but when I tried to just reschedule it instead of booking a WHOLE extra night I was told I needed to reach out to Booking.com so I did and they came back with “you will have to contact the property “ so I paid for two nights when I stayed one instead of paying just a penalty or a bit higher price for the mistake.
