Passable
Liked: The bathroom was very clean, and the mattress was comfortable
Disliked: There wasn’t any bath towels in the bathroom, the phone in the room wasn’t working so we weren’t able to call down for towels. The bathroom sink was also clogged. The pillows were horrible

Hotel fine, location full of...
Liked: Clean and new
Disliked: Our rental vehicle was broken into despite us parking close to the front and near a light. Sad. Nothing even in the pickup to steal

We did not even stay...
Liked: The front desk staff were professional and attentive.
Disliked: We checked in at 4:15 PM, but did not stay the night as the room was absolutely not at the level we expected, nor needed for a good night sleep. In order of concerns: 1. The air conditioner was extremely loud and old. It rattled and there was no way I was going to be able to get any sleep with that air conditioner. Looking at the past reviews over the past few years I was not alone. 2. The bedding was cheap. Not comfortable fabric. 3. The same with the towels. They were rough. Seemed old and worn out also on the small side. 4. The plumbing fixtures were not maintained. A lot of water was still leaking from the bath faucet when using the showerhead and there was not much pressure from the showerhead. 5. The parking cost was $12. While hotels like to do their disclaimers that there could be extra fees, still it’s ridiculous. It’s absolutely ridiculous to have a parking fee on the outskirts of town where parking availability is high. Other hotels in this area do not have parking fees. I know because I’ve stayed at the ones near the airport in the past. I booked this place instead of a downtown one in part because I would expect that they would not have a parking fee. There is plenty of space in the parking lot. This was a common complaint on many reviews over the past couple years. I should have read these reviews before booking. 6. The room was advertised with a city view. This was the least of my concerns by all means. But it was just really petty. There was no city view. There’s a view of another hotel building. I absolutely laughed when I looked out the window. I mean, seriously what kind of advertising is that? I mean, this was not the reason we left early and ate the cost of this hotel. The other reasons were way more important. But this one really irritated me because when you advertise something that doesn’t exist, that is completely unethical business practice. And so in my opinion, the problem here is management.
