I enjoyed my stay other...

Liked: Very nice
Disliked: The people staying next room were loud

Overall nice

Liked: Good assortment for breakfast but coffee wasn’t the best.
Disliked: Outlet in bathroom didn’t work.

It was nice and affordable.

Liked: It was clean and quiet. Staff was nice. Pool was warm and clean.

Besides the check in process...

Liked: The room was nice, clean, and I liked that it had a microwave, fridge, and coffee maker.
Disliked: Although I am a Marriott member, I booked through a third party. The room was fully prepaid prior to arrival. When I checked in, the young lady at the desk told me my room was not prepaid and I was going to be charged for the night. I continued to tell her the room was paid in full but she insisted it was not. She charged me for the room. When I got to the room I received a call from the same girl saying she was wrong and she would refund the room amount. The next day, I stopped at the front desk to get a receipt prior to leaving and I checked with a different person and my room had not been refunded but the new lady saw how I was charged although the room was prepaid. She was able to help with the refund. I’m not sure where the miscommunication at check in happened or why she couldn’t see I had a room prepaid but I didn’t appreciate her lack of willingness to double check the information I was giving her. Also, I booked through booking.com and was told when I booked (about a week before arrival) the hotel agreed to allow me to check in early (1pm), however when I arrived, I was not allowed to check in early bc she insisted there were no rooms available. Luckily after about an hour of waiting we were able to check in.
