Liked: The room was clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast was excellent. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Disliked: The fact the tv remote didn’t work the vanity in the bathroom light didn’t work the pool was freezing and the breakfast was cold

Disliked: The room needs a comfortable chair. Only had a desk chair to sit on.

It is totally fine if...

Liked: We love the spacious rooms with the soft beds. We stayed in a Deluxe King with our two kids and it was perfect
Disliked: We specifically chose this hotel to spend NYE with friends swimming. The pool is tiny which was fine, but it was absolutely freezing. Not heated and there’s not hot tub. So what was supposed to be an all night swimming, we spent 20 min and had to figure out another plan. This is a brand new hotel and there’s wallpaper peeling off the bottoms and to parts of the tops. A couple booths at the breakfast aren’t usable. For the price we paid, I just expected more.

Adjust the doors please

Liked: Clean, nice breakfast
Disliked: The doors are adjusted so they slam shut. Big heavy boom and it’s almost impossible to control. Wasn’t happy every early water woke the floor.
