Disliked: The room’s description says that it has a safe but this is not right. Safe boxes are in the lobby

Disliked: The remote for the TV in the room was difficult to work. It might need new batteries.

The staff were pleasant and...

Liked: The staff were very friendly and the beds were comfortable.
Disliked: Our first night our room on the 2nd floor was so noisy with the sound of machinery below us that neither my daughter and I could sleep. Thankfully they moved us to the 4th floor for the second evening but we were disappointed by the first night.
