Liked: The location was great and it’s a newer property. We stayed for 5 nights while visiting family.
Disliked: We asked for cleaning and it was unreliable and confusing. They do something called a “refresh” instead of cleaning. Signage in the room on this would have been helpful. The mattresses need to be turned as well as ours had an indentation.

Worst Marriott experience ever .

Disliked: First room tv didn’t work. It took over an hour to get someone to look at it. 2nd room took an hour to get. A girls early teen soccer tournament was staying in the hotel. They were running up and down the hallway till after 2. They took over the lounge area and bar was closed. Breakfast was good but the staff couldn’t keep up with the food trays. We had a late check out but with all the chaos, we left immediately after breakfast. Someone needs to put their foot down on the kids running rampant throughout the property!
