Convenient but not worth the...

Liked: Convenient location to the airport.
Disliked: For what I paid it was disappointing. There was not a lot of variety in food in both the restaurant and little store area. The room was very inconsistent with the temperature, cooling with the ac and then heating up very quickly. The ac was noisy and made it difficult to sleep. I also called the front desk to ask for milk for a tea and was told someone would bring some to my room, I waited an hour and no one came.

Liked: Friendly smiling staff. Very polite. Clean room. Very comfortable.

Not great.

Disliked: -8.30pm and room wasn’t ready. Bad excuse as to why. - couldn’t reach the hotel well in advance to arrange a shuttle.I have stayed here many times and would always make this hotel my first choice. I am now rethinking my choices for my next stay.

Liked: We choose buy location and had a pool.
Disliked: Little bit more attention to cleaning in the bathroom especially.Clearly you can see the soap dish wasn’t clean and trace of soaps in bathroom.Breakfast poor or you increase the price and add more to breakfast or make the breakfast optional and less charge per room.
